communities that are most affected by pollution and most vulnerable to
pollution’s effects by using environmental, health, and socioeconomic data
ØThe evaluation looks
at people that are especially sensitive to pollution, such as young children
ØThe analysis includes
socioeconomic factors, such as poverty, race and ethnicity, and education
